Fill Immigration Forms Faster and File Without Fear

Immigration paperwork asks the same names, dates and addresses across form after form, and answers that disagree with each other are what turn a straightforward case into a long one. Simplicity AI holds your details once and puts them on every form the same way, so what you file in March still matches what you filed in January.

Hero Image

An immigration case is rarely one form. A family petition brings a support affidavit with it, a pending application is what makes a work permit possible, and each of those asks again for the addresses, employers and dates you already gave. The forms do not share anything with each other, which means you are the only thing keeping them consistent.

Simplicity AI reads each PDF and turns it into plain questions. Your details go in once and appear the same way on every form, so the answers in your file agree with each other. What it will not do is tell you whether to file, because that is a legal question rather than a paperwork one.

The Problem with Immigration Forms

  • Immigration forms are long, repetitive, and unusually unforgiving about small things:
  • The same names, dates and addresses are asked for again on every form in the case
  • Two forms that disagree about a date create a question somebody has to answer, and that somebody is you
  • Forms carry edition dates, and the one you downloaded months ago may no longer be the current one
  • The form that starts a case is often not the only form the case needs

A rejected filing costs a fee and several months. That is the good outcome, and it is why people fill these forms slowly and still get them wrong.

How Simplicity AI Solves It

  • Simplicity AI treats a case as one set of facts rather than six separate forms. The AI:
  • Holds your name, your A-Number and your history once, and puts them on every form identically
  • Reads any agency PDF and turns it into a guided questionnaire in plain English
  • Carries answers between forms, so the fourth one does not start from a blank page
  • Signs in the browser and exports a clean PDF you keep as your record of what was filed
  • Stops where legal judgment begins, and says so rather than guessing on your behalf

Benefit Icon

One Set of Details Across Every Form

Your name, your A-Number, your dates. Entered once and repeated identically, because answers that disagree across a file are what create questions nobody wanted.

Benefit Icon

Your History Entered Once

Immigration forms ask for the same addresses, employers and travel dates over and over. Simplicity AI holds them, so the fourth form does not start from a blank page.

Benefit Icon

Plain English Instead of Agency English

The questions are rewritten as things a person would actually ask, which means you spend your time answering about your life rather than decoding a field label.

Benefit Icon

A Record of What You Filed

Every completed form exports as a clean PDF you keep. Months later, when somebody asks what you said, the answer is a document rather than a memory.

Frequently Asked Questions About Filling Immigration Forms with AI

Which immigration form do I need?

It follows from what you are trying to do rather than from who you are. Bringing a relative starts with Form I-130. Becoming a citizen is Form N-400. Replacing a permanent resident card is Form I-90. Working under a category that permits it is Form I-765. The table above maps each goal to the form that starts it.

Who files Form I-130, me or my relative?

You do, if you are the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. The official description is plain about it: Form I-130 allows U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States to petition on behalf of certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the United States. Your relative is the beneficiary, not the petitioner.

What is Form I-864 and do I have to file one?

It is the Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA, and the data on it is used to determine whether the sponsor has the ability to support the sponsored immigrant. If a household member’s income is counted toward meeting the requirement, that person signs a Form I-864A and becomes jointly and severally liable for the obligation.

Do I need a Social Security number or an ITIN?

If you are eligible for a Social Security number, that is the number you use. The IRS is explicit: Don’t complete Form W-7 if you have an SSN or if you’re eligible to get an SSN. Form W-7 exists for people who must furnish a taxpayer number for U.S. tax purposes and cannot get an SSN.

Does an ITIN expire?

Yes. If your ITIN was not included on at least one U.S. federal tax return for the last three consecutive tax years, it expires on December 31 of that third year and has to be renewed before it is used on a return again.

Can Simplicity AI complete my DS-160?

No. The DS-160 is submitted only through the Consular Electronic Application Center and there is no PDF version of it to fill. Everything else named on this page is a PDF that Simplicity AI can work from.

Can Simplicity AI give me legal advice?

No. It fills forms accurately and keeps your answers consistent across them. It cannot tell you whether to file, what an earlier filing means for this one, or how a fact in your history will be read by somebody deciding your case. Those are legal questions, and the section above lists the situations where they matter most.

Is my data safe on Simplicity AI?

Yes. These forms carry your immigration history, your family details, and in some cases most of your case file. Simplicity AI encrypts your files, controls who can access them, and never shares your documents or uses your data to train AI models.

Common Immigration Form Mistakes (and How AI Prevents Them)

Filing on an out-of-date edition of the form

Agencies publish new editions, and the date printed on the form is part of what makes a filing valid. Check it against the current published edition on the day you file rather than the day you started filling it in, because the gap between those two days is often months.

Letting your name appear differently across forms

Your name as it appears on your documents is the version that belongs on every form in the case. A middle name on one and not on another creates a discrepancy somebody has to resolve, and that somebody will be you.

Getting the A-Number wrong, or leaving it blank

It is the number that ties your file together. Transposed or missing, your filing goes somewhere other than your file, and the delay is measured in months rather than days.

Assuming the relative abroad files the I-130

The petitioner files it, and the petitioner is the relative already in the United States. This is the most common misunderstanding in family-based cases, and it usually costs a filing fee to learn.

Treating the I-864 as paperwork rather than a commitment

It is a support obligation with legal force. When a household member’s income is used to meet the requirement, that person signs an I-864A and becomes jointly and severally liable. Nobody should sign either document without understanding what they have agreed to.

Applying for an ITIN when you can get a Social Security number

The IRS says not to. If you are eligible for an SSN then that is your number, and a Form W-7 filed anyway is work that leads nowhere.

Keeping no copy of what you filed

Everything on this page is a document you may be asked about years from now, at an interview, in a request for evidence, or on your next application. Simplicity AI exports a clean PDF of each completed form, so what you filed and what you kept are the same document.
